ReMind Supplement are delighted to announce broadcast journalist and health coach, Clare McKenna as their very first brand ambassador.

ReMind was developed in ground-breaking research into nutrition for the ageing brain at Nutrition Research Centre Ireland (NRCI) at South East Technological University. ReMind’s unique formula combines a powerful blend of carotenoids – lutein, meso-zeaxanthin and zeaxanthin, vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA.

Clare’s personal passion and dedication to changing the conversation about health and wellness to a nutrition first approach makes her the perfect fit for the ReMind brand. With her busy lifestyle as a mum, broadcaster and health coach Clare epitomises the ReMind customer – someone who wants to be proactive about her protecting her brain health through good nutrition and science-backed supplementation.

Having interviewed Professor John Nolan on her Newstalk Alive and Kicking Show about his reMIND clinical research into the role of nutrition for Alzheimer’s Disease, Clare visited the NRCI research centre in Waterford to find out more about her own diet and brain health. Clare’s nutritional scores were quite high thanks to eating lots of colourful fruits and vegetables every day, however, Prof Nolan believed taking the ReMind supplement would further improve her carotenoid score. Six months later Clare retested and found that her score had indeed improved!

Speaking of the partnership MacuHealth General Manager, Karen Fennell said “We’re thrilled to have Clare come on board as our ReMind brand ambassador. Clare has seen first-hand how a carotenoid rich diet helped with supplementation can have a direct impact on our future eye and brain health, so the partnership is a perfect fit.”

Clare McKenna, Brand Ambassador comments: "I am delighted to be working with ReMind as their brand ambassador. My knowledge of the brand came about when I interviewed Professor John Nolan on my health and wellness radio show Alive and Kicking on Newstalk. I was struck by his passion for research into health longevity and health span over life span. To see first-hand the research that has been poured into discovering the power of colourful foods and supplementation, to know there is science as well as heart at the centre of NRCI makes me proud to be any part of the team. My father and grandfather both died of Alzheimers related illness so I have always had an interest in brain health, to know there is so much within our control, with simple steps to good nutrition is a very powerful message. I look forward to bringing this message to many more at our events planned for later in the year."
