These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.remind.eu  by MacuHealth Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

ReMind is a brand of MacuHealth Ltd. MacuHealth Ltd is registered in Ireland.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern: 

  • the sale of products through remind.eu 
  • pricing, payment, and subscriptions 
  • your rights as a consumer

These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read alongside: 

Where there is any conflict, these Terms take precedence in relation to purchases. 


3. Products

All products sold on remind.eu are food supplements. 

Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is provided for general information purposes and in accordance with applicable EU food supplement regulations. 

 
4. Ordering & Contract Formation

When placing an order  on remind.eu , please be aware you are purchasing your order from our trusted ReMind distributor, WMO Healthcare Limited, who will take your payment and send your order to you subject to their standard Terms and Conditions of Supply.  After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed with WMO Healthcare Ltd only once your order has been dispatched. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where products are unavailable, where there are pricing or typographical errors, or where we suspect misuse of the website. 

 
5. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euro (€) 
  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated 
  • Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout

Prices may be updated at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. 

 
6. Subscriptions

Selected ReMind products are available on a subscription basis. 

Subscription Pricing 

The Products available for subscription are charged at the current price at the time each subscription order is processed. 

This means: 

  • Subscription prices are not fixed or price-locked 
  • If we change the price of a product, the updated price will apply to future subscription orders 
  • You will be charged the applicable price in effect at the time of dispatch of each subscription order 
  • You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any subscription price increase

You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time before your next billing date via your account or by contacting customer support. Please review our Subscription FAQ for further information. 

 
7. Payment

Payment is taken by WMO Healthcare Ltd at the time of order using the payment methods available on remind.eu 

For subscription orders, payment will be taken automatically at the agreed frequency unless cancelled in advance. 

 
8.Delivery

Delivery of products is subject to our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on remind.eu 

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

 

8A. Order Fulfilment & Distribution 

Orders placed on remind.eu may be fulfilled either directly by MacuHealth Ltd or by an authorised distributor. 

For orders delivered within Ireland, fulfilment is carried out by WMO Healthcare Ltd, our authorised distributor for Ireland. Orders delivered outside Ireland may be fulfilled directly by MacuHealth Ltd. 

MacuHealth Ltd remains responsible for customer service and consumer rights in accordance with these Terms. 

 
9.Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. 

Information on cancellations, returns, and refunds is set out in our Delivery Policy. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned, unless faulty. 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 
10. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. 

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. 

 
11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: 

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence 
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 
  • any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products. 



12. Intellectual Property

All content on remind.eu, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of MacuHealth Ltd and may not be used without prior written permission. 

 
13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on remind.eu 

 
14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply. 

 
15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
