MemoryHealth is the US parent company of ReMind®. To sell Memory Health in Europe and comply with EU legislation we needed to change our name to ReMind®. Both Memory Health and ReMind® contain the patented formula researched in the Memory Investigation with Nutrition for Dementia (reMIND) clinical trials at South East Technological University (SETU).
ReMind has been scientifically developed to boost your diet with nutrients that already accumulate in the brain. Omega-3’s are the building blocks of the brain. DHA makes up 40% of your brain and plays an important role in keeping the brain functioning normally. Carotenoids, Lutein and Zeaxanthin, also naturally gather in the brain. Since the active ingredients in the ReMind formulation are already present in the brain, they’re able to permeate the blood brain barrier to go straight to your brain to start taking effect.
Take three capsules any time of the day with food to aid absorption.
The brain requires ongoing good nutrition to function at its best. Clinical trials have shown that results are cumulative. The patients who took ReMind every day for a sustained period of time experienced the best results. We often describe committing to supplementation as a lifestyle change. A change to your daily routine that you are happy to commit to long term, alongside a healthy and balanced diet to achieve optimum results.
ReMind is formulated for anyone who wants to look after their brain health and support their brain function. Students, new mums, busy professionals or the active ageing looking to support optimum brain health will all benefit from ReMind.
Yes. ReMind is gluten free and suitable for individuals with coeliac disease.
Yes, ReMind contains no sugar and is suitable for diabetics. However, we would always advise you consult with your doctor first.
The soft gels are small and designed to be very easy to swallow. If needed, the capsule can be pierced with a pin. It is important to know not to cut the capsule as the pigment in our ingredients will discolour clothes.
The ReMind supplement doesn’t actually contain any fish or shell fish, but rather it contains specific nutrients that can be found in those foods. The carotenoids in our supplement are harvested from the marigold flower and the fish oil we use is an extremely high-quality omega-3 oil. Fish and shellfish allergies are generally triggered by the proteins in the fish and these are completely absent from any high-quality fish oil.
ReMind delivers the highest quality, all-natural Omega-3 Fish Oil. It includes 150 mg EPA (Eicosatetraenoic acid) and 500 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids that are found in cold water fish; we source our fish from the waters in Northern Scandinavia. Both EPA and DHA are vital nutrients for maintaining healthy brain function and have been linked to healthy aging throughout life. At ReMind, we combine the benefits of our high-grade fish oil with three key nutrients found in the eyes and brain called Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Meso-Zeaxanthin. It is this specific combination of nutrients that makes ReMind more than just a fish oil.
We advise our patients to increase their fish intake (particularly oily fish) and follow good dietary habits such as the Mediterranean style diet, which includes a high vegetable intake.
Vitamins and minerals, especially those with antioxidant effects such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and selenium are thought to be of benefit but larger trials are needed to confirm benefit. Iron, copper and zinc also have a role. Fruit and vegetables are the best natural source of these nutrients, such as berries, oranges, grapefruit and apples, which are sweet but have a low glycaemic index.
Leafy green or cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, spinach, kale) as well as other vegetables such as onions, carrots, tomatoes or squash are full of vitamins, minerals, fibre and disease-fighting nutrients that are needed for a healthy nervous system. Extra-virgin olive oil is recommended, as it features anti-aging nutrients such as Omega-3s and Vitamin E. A simple rule to follow is to make every meal a rainbow!
Over 15 years of scientific study and research have proven the key role of nutrition in the human brain and how nutrients have the potential to impact cognition. We have identified specific nutrients that may have a role in improving the level of brain function in patients. The dietary components that we examine in our research include Xanthophyll Carotenoids and Omega-3 fatty acids, offered in the form of the ReMind supplement.
Carotenoids are powerful plant pigments found in rainbow fruits and green leafy vegetables. They naturally accumulate in our eyes and brain.
These nutrients are responsible for the bright red, yellow and orange colours in many fruits and vegetables. They are found in high concentrations in green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli and are recognised as having strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Our bodies can’t produce carotenoids so the only way to get them is through the foods we eat and from carotenoid supplements. Sadly with the nutritional quality of food dropping world-wide, it is nearly impossible to get enough carotenoids from diet alone.
While ReMind has been found to have no contraindications with any medication, we would always advise you consult with your doctor first.

No unfortunately, bovine gelatine is used in the manufacture of our capsules.
Each brain is different and requires a different amount of nutrition to perform at its best. However, clinical studies have shown that by taking 3 capsules every single day you can start to see results in as little as 3 months. When prescribed the ReMind formulation in an 18-month clinical trial, the best results were measured in patients at 18 months.
