Refund and Returns Policy
1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions of supply (“Supply Terms”) set out the basis on which MacuHealth Ltd, trading as ReMind (“we” or “us”), supplies any of the goods (“Goods”) listed on the website www.remind.eu (“the Website”) to you. Please read these Supply Terms carefully before ordering, as they contain important information. By ordering any Goods, you agree to be bound by these Supply Terms.
1.2 Your contractual relationship is with MacuHealth Ltd, trading as ReMind.
1.3 You should print and retain a copy of these Supply Terms for future reference.
1.4 In these Supply Terms:
“Contract” means each agreement formed for the supply of Goods by us to you;
“Card” means the credit or debit card you use to pay for Goods.
1.5 We may update these Supply Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms.
1.6 By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 18 years old.
1.7 Before clicking “Submit” at checkout, you may add, amend or remove items from your basket.
2. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order 2.1 If you provide an email address, we will send a confirmation of receipt after you submit your order. This does not constitute acceptance. The Contract is formed once we dispatch the Goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.
2.2 The Contract relates only to Goods included in the dispatch confirmation.
2.3 We aim to dispatch within the stated delivery period, or within a reasonable time if none is stated.
2.4 You may cancel a Contract within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the Goods. You will receive a full refund in accordance with our refund policy (Section 7).
2.5 To cancel, email info@remind.eu. You must return the Goods at your cost, in original condition. Failure to do so may result in a claim for compensation.
2.6 Promotional prices and offers are time-limited and subject to availability.
2.7 We make every effort to ensure accuracy of content, prices, and descriptions, but Contracts will not be accepted if there is a material error.
2.8 Reasons we may not accept an order:
Goods unavailable;
Payment authorisation failure;
Pricing or description error;
Failure to meet eligibility.
3. Pricing 3.1 Prices at the time of order are those you will pay unless an obvious error is discovered.
3.2 Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3.3 If an item’s correct price is lower, we will charge the lower price. If it is higher, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
3.4 We are not obliged to honour a clearly incorrect price.
3.5 Prices are in Euro (€), include VAT, and exclude delivery fees, unless stated otherwise.
4. Method of Payment 4.1 We charge your card only when the order is dispatched. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express.
4.2 We do not accept cheques, gift cards, postal orders or cash.
4.3 Card fraud is illegal and will be prosecuted.
4.4 If items are out of stock, we will contact you to amend or cancel your order.
4.5 Ownership passes on delivery. Risk transfers when you receive the Goods.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland is via An Post Express and usually takes 1–2 working days. EU orders take 3–5 working days. During peak times, dispatch may take longer.
5.2 Deliveries may require a signature.
5.3 You may choose delivery to your billing address or an alternative residential or business address.
5.4 Delivery fees:
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: €5 for one-time purchases, free for subscriptions
- EU: €15 for one-time purchases, free for subscriptions
- Australia: €20 for one-time purchases, €10 for subscriptions
- United Kingdom: Order from The Body Doctor
- United States and Canada: We do not ship to these regions

5.6 All ReMind orders within Ireland and the EU are fulfilled by our authorised distributor, WMO Healthcare. You can learn more at www.wmohealthcare.com.
6 .Tracking Your Order 6.1 You will receive a dispatch email once your order is shipped.
7. Return of Goods Policy 7.1 If you wish to return any Goods, please contact info@remind.eu first to obtain a return authorisation code.
7.2 For defective Goods, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund (including delivery and return costs) within 30 days.
7.3 If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund the product and initial delivery fee. You are responsible for return postage.
7.4 Unwanted Goods must be returned within 28 days in original, saleable condition. Refunds are processed within 21 days of receipt.
7.5 We will refund to the original card used.
7.6 Promotional items: If returning part of a multi-buy offer, the refund will reflect the discounted value of items kept.
8. Warranties and Liability 8.1 We warrant that Goods are of satisfactory quality and suitable for typical consumer use.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the Goods and foreseeable losses only.
8.3 We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or rights under Irish law.
8.4 We are not liable for business losses or indirect, special or consequential damages.
8.5 Use of Goods contrary to instructions is at your own risk.
8.6 Goods are intended for domestic use. For business use, appropriate insurance is required. Liability is limited to replacement value.
8.7 Colour representation may vary depending on your screen.

10. Miscellaneous 10.1 We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
10.2 Failure to enforce rights does not waive those rights.
10.3 You agree to receive communication electronically.
10.4 Notices to us must be sent to info@remind.eu
10.5 Notices to you may be sent by email, post, or posted on our Website.
10.6 Contracts are binding and cannot be transferred by you without our written consent.
10.7 If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
10.8 These Supply Terms represent the entire agreement between us.
10.9 Neither party has relied on any statement not included in these terms.
10.10 These Supply Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
