Research behind every capsule.

Not all supplements are backed by science.
ReMind is.
Many supplements highlight studies on individual ingredients, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the final product has been scientifically evaluated. The way nutrients work together, their dosage, and their absorption can all influence the quality.
That’s why it’s important to look beyond ingredient claims and examine the evidence supporting the finished product itself.
What are clinical studies?
Clinical studies are carefully designed research trials involving humans, to measure how a formulation
performs over time.
ReMind is backed by six published, peer-reviewed clinical studies, including three gold standard randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials on the full formula at the Nutrition Research Centre Ireland, South East Technological University Waterford.

The three gold standard clinical trials
Trial 1 | Early Cognitive Change (2020)
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot study evaluated the full ReMind formulation over 12 months in
people experiencing early cognitive change.
Key Findings
Brain nutrient levels increased by 62%, while the
placebo group showed a 2% decline.Immediate memory improved by 18%, with no
meaningful improvement in the placebo group.Blood lutein levels increased by 421%, demonstrating
successful absorption of key nutrients.
Why It Matters
The study showed that the ReMind formulation significantly increased nutrients associated with brain health and was linked with improvements in memory performance during the early stages of cognitive change.
62%
improvement in brain nutrient levels
+18%
improvement in immediate memory scores
421%
increase in blood lutein levels
Methodology
- 13 people experiencing early cognitive change
- 12 months pilot trial
- Objective & subjective
Trial 2 | Healthy Older Adults (65+) (2022)
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluated the full ReMind formulation over 24 months in healthy adults aged 65 years and older.
Key Findings
- 38% fewer errors on the most challenging working memory tasks, while the placebo group showed no meaningful improvement.
- 26% fewer total working memory errors, compared with a 14% increase in errors in the placebo group.
- Brain carotenoid levels increased by 65%, indicating improved brain nutrient status.
- Blood levels of lutein, DHA and EPA increased significantly, confirming successful absorption of key nutrients.
Why It Matters
The study suggests the ReMind formulation may support working memory and healthy cognitive ageing while increasing key nutrients associated with brain health.
38%
fewer errors on the hardest memory tasks
26%
fewer total working memory errors
65%
increase in brain carotenoid levels
Methodology
- 60 healthy adults
- 24 months
- Objective & subjective
Trial 3 | Significant Memory Decline (2022)
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluated the full ReMind formulation over 12 months in people experiencing significant memory decline.
Key Findings
- 7 in 10 people maintained their memory over 12 months, compared with greater decline in the placebo group.
- 38% of participants improved on a standard clinical assessment scale, compared with 16.7% in the placebo group.
- Mood decline was three times less common in the ReMind group than in the placebo group.
- The formulation was safe and well tolerated over the 12-month study.
Why It Matters
The study suggests the ReMind formulation may help slow cognitive decline, support memory and preserve mood in people experiencing significant memory decline.
7 in 10
maintained their memory
38%
improved on a standard clinical assessment scale
3X
less mood decline
Methodology
- 77 people experiencing memory decline
- 12 months
- Objective & subjective
